All Sales Are Final
We do not offer returns or refunds. Every order is final once it is placed. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we will issue store credit so you can choose a replacement that smacks.
Store Credit Only
In the rare event that we approve an issue with your order, the resolution will be issued as store credit — never as a cash refund. Store credit does not expire and can be used on any future Pretty Smack Society purchase.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, email us at info@prettysmacksociety.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We’ll review it and reply with next steps within 1–2 business days.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Pretty Smack Society is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Please ensure your shipping address is secure and accurate before placing your order.
