Processing Time

Lip products are packed and shipped from our studio within 2–4 business days. Merch and print-on-demand items are produced by our partner facility and typically ship within 5–8 business days. Membership boxes ship on or around the 15th of each month.

Shipping Rates & Speed

• Standard shipping: calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
• Free standard shipping on makeup orders over $35 and on all Society membership orders.
• Expedited options are available at checkout for select destinations.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for the carrier to update tracking information.

International Orders

We currently ship to the United States and Canada. International customers may be responsible for customs duties, taxes, and import fees charged by the destination country.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or never shows up, email us at info@prettysmacksociety.com within 14 days of delivery (or estimated delivery) and we’ll make it right.
